In severe cases, the air intake cannot be insulated, so that the upper part of the tank will frost, the liquid nitrogen loss is large, and the value of continued use is lost. Secondly, check the inside of the tank, if there is foreign matter, it must be taken out to prevent the inner tank from being corroded.
2. Liquid nitrogen filling
Be careful when filling with liquid nitrogen. New tanks or tanks in a dry state must be filled slowly and pre-cooled to prevent damage to the liner too quickly and reduce the service life. When filling liquid nitrogen, do not pour liquid nitrogen on the vacuum exhaust port, so as not to cause a decrease in vacuum. The cover plug is made of heat-insulating material, which can not only prevent liquid nitrogen from evaporating, but also play the role of fixing the lifting cylinder.
3. Storage of liquid nitrogen in liquid nitrogen tank:
When storing liquid medium in liquid nitrogen tank, be sure to close the inlet / drain valve and booster valve, and must open the vent valve.
4. Transportation of liquid nitrogen in liquid nitrogen tank:
When transporting the liquid nitrogen medium in the liquid nitrogen tank, make sure that the opening and closing state of each valve should be the same as that in storage, and please put the base of the packing box under the circle of the container seat, and use the rope to securely fix the liquid nitrogen tank container to the car. So that the liquid nitrogen tank will not shake during transportation.
