When the frozen product tray rises to the bridge position , The tray pusher pushes the frozen product tray on the lifting track to the descending track, and then the frozen product tray runs along the descending track to the horizontal conveyor chain, and the conveyor chain sends the frozen product tray out of the quick freezing chamber. When the food is implemented in the quick-freezing room with the frozen product tray, the strong cold air generated by the refrigeration system forms a stable horizontal annular low-temperature air flow under the action of the fan and the deflector, and exchanges heat with the frozen food that moves vertically. The frozen food realizes rapid cooling and freezing, completing the freezing process. All the above processes are completed by the "brain" of the quick-freezing machine-under the "command" of the programmable controller (PLC), and the human-computer interaction is realized by the LCD touch screen. The main interface of the touch screen is equipped with "automatic", "quick freezing time adjustment", "manual", "alarm", "status", "defrost" and other operation interfaces. When the system is turned on, it enters the interface of automatic operation state, and the work instructions are issued by the "start" and "stop" buttons on the touch screen.
