      Liquid nitrogen, liquid nitrogen. It is inert, colorless, odorless, non-corrosive, non-flammable, and extremely low temperature. Nitrogen constitutes most of the atmosphere (78.03% by volume, 75.5% by weight). Nitrogen is inactive and does not support combustion. Liquid nitrogen is a colorless, odorless, liquid and gas at low temperature under high pressure. Liquid nitrogen (often written as LN2) is a liquid form of nitrogen formed at low temperatures. Nitrogen has a boiling point of -196°C, and liquid nitrogen will form if the temperature is below this under normal atmospheric pressure; if it is pressurized, liquid nitrogen can be obtained at a higher temperature. In industry, liquid nitrogen is obtained by fractional distillation of air. After the air is purified, it is liquefied in a pressurized and cooled environment, and separated by the different boiling points of the components in the air. There is no problem in direct contact with liquid nitrogen on human skin, and it will be irreversible for more than 2 seconds.
      Liquid nitrogen quick-freezer is suitable for high value-added food such as fresh food, seafood, fish and shrimp, meat, medicinal materials and so on. It is suitable for single freezing (IQF) and plate freezing, suitable for internal testing, development and small batch production; small footprint and low energy consumption. In actual production, due to differences in food and process, the actual production capacity may be higher than the preset production capacity. We can follow up customer requirements and customize various equipment suitable for customer site specifications. The partition modules can be flexibly designed according to customer requirements to achieve low energy consumption, and one machine can run different processes at the same time to process different products.
      The liquid nitrogen quick-freezer is suitable for the production of high-value-added food in large-scale, continuous, less humanized and large-scale industrial production modes, such as processing fish and shrimp, shrimp, seafood, fresh river, fresh food, meat products, and meat products. Quick-frozen large quantities of food such as fruits, seasoning packs, off-season fruits, medicinal materials, etc., can be combined with other food lines to form an automatic line.
