　　 One, turn on

　　 1. Turn on the main switch of the power distribution box for the equipment;

2. Turn on the equipment leakage power switch (on the left side of the equipment), the normal equipment controller will start to light up and display the operation screen, if not, first check the emergency stop switch, turn on the emergency stop switch in the indicated direction; if you have any questions, contact factory.

　　 2. Enter the operation interface

　　 Start the device to enter the controller operation interface, set the required test temperature, and click to run the device to start the test. Note that the door lock is locked and sealed well. Enter the operation interface of the liquid nitrogen cryogenic box and click "Details" to enter the following section, and more test information will be displayed.

　　 Three, start operation

　　 If the cryogenic refrigeration system needs to be tested from -120°C to -160°C, liquid nitrogen refrigeration is required, and the liquid nitrogen valve needs to be opened manually. The operation is as follows:

　　 1. Check the pressure of the liquid nitrogen dewar. When the pressure is lower than 7 kg, open the booster valve and slowly open it. When the pressure gauge indicates more than 10 kg, close the booster valve.

　　2. After checking the previous work, start the test and set the required test temperature (below -120℃ to -160℃);

3. When the controller shows that the temperature reaches -120℃, the lower temperature test needs to open the liquid nitrogen. At this time, slowly open the liquid nitrogen valve, and use a small opening to avoid excessive cooling of the equipment, and observe the cooling situation (the equipment starts Continue to drop in temperature)

　　4. Don't close the valve after the temperature has dropped. The equipment is controlled by a solenoid valve. After the experiment is over, close the liquid nitrogen valve.

　　 Note that during the test, it is forbidden to open the door. When opening the door in an emergency, pay attention to anti-freezing, and people should not be directly exposed to the air-conditioning.

　　Four, turn off

　　1. Click "Stop" for controller operation;

　　 2. Perform oven operation: set the temperature to 60°C;

　　3. When the temperature of the liquid nitrogen cryogenic box reaches 60℃, it can be baked for about 10-20 minutes to avoid excessive condensation in the box and the evaporator;

　　 4. Turn off the main power switch.
